Participants and management:
Participation is open for scientists from public institutions and private
companies according to the unanimous decision of the participants. New
participants have the same rights as the founders. A condition for
membership of the group is the payment of a membership fee fixed for one
financial year at the time by the members. The fee may at the discretion of
the management be made as a cash payment or as a resource allocation such
as manpower, equipment, operating costs etc., or both.
An activity plan is made yearly and a series of project meetings are
carried through during the year.
Staff:
The participants contribute to the activities and projects and is obliged
to keep the the other members informed about the progress of the
work.
Termination:
Any participant can terminate their participation with effect from January
1, when the others have received notice hereof by September 1 the preceding
year. The retiring party must, however, accept to contribute to expenses
which cannot be avoided.
